“Here's a first look at Trishi - a long, tall, slim fashion model I shot just a few weeks ago here in California. She has a very young, innocent appearance in some of the photos, but that can change with only a slight movement or tilt of the head.
We did this session purposely with a very natural look - no makeup and no hairstyling, and no fancy lingerie. This is a look I've always been attracted to, after seeing many French Vogue layouts in my youth.
For this kind of a shoot, I go for the raw, un-retouched skin tones, tossled hair and almost expressionless gazes either off camera or right into the lens.
It also lends itself to nice black & white conversions. Look for some of these to be available in my ebay store as exhibition prints in the next few days.”
